Renowned Chef Charlie Palmer, Wing & Barrel Ranch's Culinary Advisor, has designed the new clubhouse Dining Room and kitchen which will offer members and their guests full-service dining throughout the year, featuring fresh, seasonal menus reflecting the bounty of the land. The Chef’s herb and vegetable garden combined with locally sourced meat, wild game and fish will provide exceptional ingredients available for members to enjoy in the dining room, bar and on the deck overlooking the expansive view.
